Senior HR Manager- FMCG

We are hiring an experienced Senior Manager – Human Resources for an established and growing FMCG organisation with manufacturing and commercial operations across multiple markets. The role requires a well-rounded HR professional who can partner closely with senior leadership, strengthen people practices, drive organisational effectiveness and independently manage the HR function across a dynamic, multi-business environment. We are looking for someone who combines strategic HR thinking with strong execution capabilities and understands the people challenges of a manufacturing-led business. Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy & Business Partnering Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans. Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organisational structure, talent strategy and people-related decisions. Drive HR initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, sales and corporate functions. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Oversee recruitment and manpower planning across business functions and locations. Build strong talent pipelines for critical and leadership positions. Drive succession planning and internal talent development initiatives. Performance Management & Organisational Development Lead performance management processes, goal setting, appraisals and employee development programmes. Develop competency frameworks, career progression plans and leadership development initiatives. Support organisational restructuring, change management and HR transformation projects. Employee Engagement & Culture Drive initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, productivity and organisational culture. Manage employee relations, grievance resolution and disciplinary matters. Build a performance-driven and accountable work environment. HR Operations, Policies & Compliance Oversee HR operations, compensation and benefits, HR policies, payroll coordination and HR systems. Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and applicable employment regulations across operating markets. Establish effective HR processes, reporting structures and people analytics. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead and develop the HR team while ensuring consistent HR practices across the organisation. Work closely with business heads and senior management on people-related priorities. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on organisational and employee matters. Candidate Requirements 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to HR leadership or HR business partnering. Strong experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, consumer goods or other manufacturing-led organisations. Prior experience managing HR across multiple functions, business units or geographies. Demonstrated expertise in talent management, performance management, organisational development, employee relations and HR operations. Good understanding of UAE labour laws and HR practices. Experience working closely with senior management and business leadership. Strong communication, stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities. MBA / Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred. Ideal Candidate A commercially aware HR leader who understands the realities of a fast-paced FMCG business. Someone who is equally comfortable advising senior leadership on people strategy and getting involved in day-to-day HR challenges.
