The role acts as a critical link between maintenance and operations to ensure timely servicing of trucks, light vehicles, and heavy equipment, minimizing breakdowns and maximizing fleet availability. Key Accountabilities Fleet monitoring & tracking operations. Driver behavior monitoring & control. Preventive maintenance scheduling & control. Coordination with operations and maintenance. Data analysis & reporting. System control & compliance. Requirements/Qualifications Male. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in logistics, engineering, IT, or related field. Strong knowledge of GPS/Telematics systems and fleet management software. Good understanding of vehicle maintenance concepts (mileage, engine hours, PM cycles). Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools. Attention to details and ability to monitor multiple assets simultaneously. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 operational environment. 3-5 years of experience in fleet monitoring, GPS tracking & transport operations.
