Job Title: Digital & Social Media Manager Location: Qatar Department: Marketing Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Digital & Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence, social media strategy, and content initiatives. The role will focus on enhancing brand engagement, growing online communities, promoting campaigns and events, and driving measurable business results across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital and social media strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage social media platforms, content calendars, and engaging multimedia content. Lead community management, customer engagement, and online reputation monitoring. Plan and execute digital campaigns supporting events, promotions, tenants, and brand initiatives. Manage influencer and content creator partnerships to maximize reach and engagement. Coordinate paid digital advertising and optimize campaign performance. Track KPIs, analyse performance, and provide actionable insights and reports. Explore emerging digital trends, AI tools, and innovative content formats. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Minimum 6 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably in retail, malls, hospitality, entertainment, or lifestyle brands. Strong expertise in Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and digital advertising. Proven experience in content strategy, influencer management, analytics, and campaign execution. Excellent communication, creativity, stakeholder management, and project management skills. GCC market experience is an advantage; Arabic language skills are preferred. Show more Show less
