Role Description The Plumbing Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates. This role oversees all plumbing activities on construction projects, including planning daily work, assigning tasks to plumbers and helpers, and monitoring progress to meet project schedules and quality standards. The Plumbing Supervisor reviews drawings and specifications, coordinates with MEP and construction teams, inspects installations, and ensures compliance with relevant codes, safety regulations, and company procedures. Responsibilities include troubleshooting plumbing issues, managing materials and tools, maintaining accurate records, and supporting client and contractor communication to resolve on-site concerns. The role also involves training and guiding team members to maintain high workmanship standards and consistent customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong supervisory skills with experience leading plumbing teams and managing on-site workflows. Solid plumbing expertise, including installation, maintenance, and repair of piping, fixtures, and related systems. Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and ability to coordinate plumbing work within broader construction activities. Focus on customer satisfaction and customer service, with the ability to communicate clearly and address concerns professionally. Experience in construction projects in the UAE or GCC region, with familiarity with local codes and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and commitment to safety. Relevant technical diploma or trade certification in plumbing or MEP; additional construction or engineering qualifications are an advantage.
