Architectural Draftsman – Luxury Hospitality Projects Role Summary Responsible for the preparation, coordination, and management of architectural shop drawings, fit-out details, and as-built documentation for luxury hospitality projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, consultant requirements, and Tier 1 contractor standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain architectural shop drawings, fit-out details, joinery, façade, finishes, ceiling layouts, and room detail packages. Deliver accurate and timely drawing submissions in line with project schedules and construction requirements. Coordinate Architectural, Structural, MEP, Interior Design, and Specialist Contractor drawings to identify and resolve clashes. Review subcontractor shop drawings for accuracy, quality, constructability, and compliance with project requirements. Raise RFIs for design discrepancies, missing information, and technical conflicts. Ensure all CAD/Revit deliverables meet company standards, project procedures, and document control requirements. Maintain drawing registers, revisions, submissions, and controlled distribution of the latest approved drawings. Manage hard and soft copy records of IFC, approved shop drawings, and technical documentation. Update and maintain as-built drawings based on approved site changes, RFIs, sketches, and red-line markups. Support project teams with technical drafting and coordination throughout project execution and handover. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related discipline. 6+ years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman on large-scale building projects. Proven experience on luxury hotels, hospitality, high-end fit-out, or mixed-use developments. Experience with Tier 1 contractors is highly preferred. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM knowledge preferred. Strong understanding of architectural detailing, fit-out construction, finishes, joinery, façade systems, and multidisciplinary coordination. GCC experience, preferably within Saudi Arabia. Preferred Project Experience: Luxury Hotels, Resorts, Branded Residences, Palace Developments, and High-End Hospitality Fit-Out Projects. Show more Show less
