Business Development & Sales Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development & Sales Specialist with proven experience in selling advertising and marketing communication services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, generating revenue, and managing the full B2B sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Role Description Identify and acquire new clients across relevant industries. Generate qualified leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and LinkedIn. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline. Present advertising, creative, branding, media production, and digital marketing services to potential clients. Understand client needs and prepare suitable commercial proposals. Lead client meetings, negotiations, and contract closing. Build long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities. Collaborate with internal creative and production teams on pitches and proposals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets. Maintain accurate CRM records and report on sales performance. Qualifications Experience in an advertising, creative, or integrated marketing communications agency. Proven track record of acquiring new clients and closing advertising deals. Demonstrated achievement of sales targets and revenue generation. Strong understanding of advertising, branding, digital marketing, creative campaigns, and media production services. Hands-on experience in B2B sales, business development, prospecting, and commercial negotiations. Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Existing relationships with business owners, Marketing Directors, or other key decision-makers are a plus.
