Whitewill Real Estate is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Russian-Speaking Listing Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s property listings across major real estate platforms and internal systems. Responsibilities: Create, publish, edit, and maintain property listings across Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other relevant platforms. Ensure that all listing information, including prices, descriptions, availability, amenities, photographs, and floor plans, is accurate and up to date. Coordinate with brokers, photographers, marketing specialists, and property owners to collect and update listing information. Monitor the quality, visibility, and performance of active listings. Regularly review the portfolio and remove outdated, duplicated, or inactive listings. Ensure that listings comply with platform requirements and internal company standards. Maintain accurate property data in the CRM and internal databases. Prepare regular reports on listing activity, lead generation, and platform performance. The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in listing management, real estate administration, property marketing, or a similar role. Fluent Russian and English are required. Practical knowledge of Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, or comparable real estate platforms. Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market is preferred.
