The successful candidate will assist in property valuation assignments, market research, property inspections, and the preparation of professional valuation reports. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing residential and commercial property valuation reports. Conduct market research and comparative market analysis. Support property inspections and site visits. Collect and analyze property data and market information. Assist in preparing valuation documentation. Maintain accurate records and reports. Support senior valuers with daily valuation assignments. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field. Basic understanding of real estate valuation principles. Strong analytical, research, and report-writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Good English communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is an advantage.
