Unhurdled is a new, bootstrapped applied AI company founded by two entrepreneurs who have already built successful businesses. Our mission is simple: bring the next generation of AI into the industries that keep the world moving. We're starting with freight and logistics. An industry responsible for moving trillions of dollars in goods globally, yet one where critical operations are still often managed through fragmented systems, manual processes, spreadsheets and endless email chains. We believe there's an enormous opportunity to change that. Not with another AI chatbot or a shiny dashboard, but by deploying intelligent systems directly into the operational heart of these businesses. That's where you come in. We're looking for a Founding Commercial Lead who understands the freight and logistics industry, knows its people, and wants to help build a company from the ground up. Who we're looking for: You're deeply connected within freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations. You have genuine relationships with founders, executives and decision-makers across the industry. You understand the operational challenges these companies face and where technology could make a meaningful difference. You're commercially minded, entrepreneurial, and comfortable opening doors and closing opportunities. You're excited by applied AI and want to be at the forefront of bringing it into a traditional, trillion-dollar industry. The opportunity: This isn't a conventional sales role. You'll work directly alongside the founders, helping shape our commercial strategy, establish relationships with industry leaders, identify high-value AI deployment opportunities, and win our earliest customers. You'll have a genuine voice in what we build, who we work with, and where the company goes. We're early. We're independent. We're ambitious.
