Role Description The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure guests receive high-quality service and an exceptional dining experience. This full-time, on-site role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and includes managing staff schedules, supervising front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and maintaining service standards. The manager will monitor customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and ensure that the restaurant’s atmosphere aligns with the Cozy Vibes brand. Responsibilities also include coordinating with the kitchen on food and beverage quality, managing inventory, and enforcing health and safety regulations. The role involves hiring and training team members, supporting marketing initiatives, and driving operational efficiency and profitability. Qualifications Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences. Experience in Hiring and team leadership, including training, performance management, and building collaborative work environments. Excellent Communication skills for interacting with guests, guiding staff, and coordinating with suppliers and partners. Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding, quality standards, and basic inventory control. Previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role. Ability to work on-site full time in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, including evenings and weekends as needed. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and service consistency. Familiarity with basic POS systems and restaurant management software is a must.
