We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Investment Advisor – Structured Products Specialist to join the Wealth Management division of a leading international financial institution based in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). This opportunity is ideal for an investment professional with strong technical expertise in Structured Products, a solid background in Private Banking / Wealth Management, and the ability to provide sophisticated investment solutions to high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. Position: Senior Investment Advisor – Structured Products Specialist Location: Dubai – DIFC, UAE Department: Wealth Management Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Industry: Banking / Private Banking / Wealth Management Key Responsibilities Provide specialist investment advisory expertise in Structured Products within the Wealth Management and Private Banking environment. Develop, evaluate, and recommend structured investment solutions aligned with client investment objectives, risk profiles, and market conditions. Work closely with Relationship Managers, Private Bankers, and Investment Advisory teams to deliver tailored investment strategies. Assess structured investment opportunities, including product features, underlying assets, risk-return profiles, and market suitability. Support the structuring, pricing, selection, and execution of structured investment solutions in collaboration with relevant product and trading teams. Provide market insights, product recommendations, and investment analysis to support client portfolio decisions. Ensure investment recommendations align with internal governance, suitability requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and product specialists to support the delivery of sophisticated wealth management solutions. Qualifications & Experience 5–7 years of relevant experience in investment advisory, structured products, private banking, or wealth management. Strong, demonstrable expertise in Structured Products is essential. Proven experience within a Private Banking or Wealth Management environment is required. Previous experience with a leading international or Western banking institution is highly preferred. Strong understanding of structured investment instruments, product structures, pricing considerations, and associated investment risks. Experience advising HNW/UHNW clients or supporting Private Banking Relationship Managers on structured investment solutions. Strong analytical, financial markets, and investment product knowledge. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred. Professional qualifications such as CFA or equivalent investment certifications are advantageous. Ideal Candidate Profile We are particularly interested in candidates who: Have specialized, hands-on Structured Products experience rather than general investment advisory exposure alone. Have worked within established international banks or reputable Private Banking / Wealth Management institutions. Can demonstrate strong knowledge of structured investment solutions and their application within private client portfolios.
