Job Description:
- Handle incoming customer calls and provide professional customer support.
- Respond to customers' inquiries regarding banking services.
- Assist customers with their requests and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and banking procedures.
