Officer (Fraud)

Officer [Fraud] Responsibilities: Monitor and investigate transactions across Prepaid Cards, POS, E-Commerce, and Wallets for suspected fraud, following approved monitoring rules and parameters. Review flagged/declined transactions, confirm fraud status, and take appropriate action or escalation. Handle fraud notifications received from banks and financial institutions, and support related chargeback processing. Assess merchant-related fraud alerts and flag risks or control gaps for further action. Maintain accurate case documentation and investigation records. Support in identifying fraud trends and recommending improvements to monitoring rules/processes. Ensure compliance with approved policies, procedures, and internal controls. Qualifications: Bachelor is Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or relevant discipline 0-1 years of relevant Fraud experience. Awareness of company’s policy. Microsoft Excel and Word. Customer service skills and experience handling escalated customer service issues, required. Show more Show less
