Architect - Residential & Commercial Buildings

Smeirat Architects is an architecture and engineering office in Amman. For over three decades we have designed residential villas, commercial buildings and interiors across Jordan, with our own architectural and structural engineers in the office. We are looking for an architect with 3 to 7 years of experience to take residential projects from the first sketch to the building permit. You will work directly with the office principals and present your designs to clients yourself. What you will do Design villas and residential buildings from brief through technical design, with commercial and mixed-use projects alongside Prepare the permit submission and follow it with GAM / municipalities, the Jordan Engineers Association and Civil Defense Model and document projects in Revit Study massing and design options in SketchUp Produce renders and presentation material for client meetings Coordinate with the structural and MEP engineers in the office Requirements B.Sc. in Architecture or Architectural Engineering Registered with the Jordan Engineers Association 3 to 7 years of experience in an architecture office Revit (required), SketchUp, AutoCAD Rendering in Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray or D5 Experience preparing building permit submissions in Jordan A portfolio of your own design work Preferred Villa and residential projects you designed, not only drew Site visits during construction How to apply Apply through LinkedIn with your CV.
