Quality Control Engineer (E&I Procurement)

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Procurement Quality Control Engineer to ensure the quality and compliance of procured electrical equipment, instrumentation, and associated materials for engineering and industrial projects. Roles & Responsibilities Conduct vendor inspections and quality surveillance for electrical and instrumentation equipment and materials. Review technical specifications, drawings, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and vendor quality documents. Verify inspection records, test reports, material certificates, and equipment documentation. Monitor manufacturing, testing, and acceptance activities to ensure compliance with project requirements. Identify non-conformities, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure timely closure. Coordinate with vendors, procurement, engineering, and project teams. Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records in line with project standards. Mandatory Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant E&I discipline, as applicable to the position. Minimum 15 years of total quality-related experience, including at least 5 years in E&I Procurement Quality Control. Experience with leading EPC companies such as L&T, Tecnimont, JGC, Técnicas Reunidas, Technip, Bechtel, or Saipem.
