Branch Operations Manager

About the Role Jordan Limousines Services (JO Limo) is looking for a Branch Manager to join our Operations team. The role is responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, coordinating driver and vehicle dispatching, managing bookings and last-minute requests, and ensuring drivers and vehicles are always ready to deliver services efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow. Coordinate and dispatch drivers and vehicles according to scheduled bookings. Monitor daily bookings and handle last-minute requests and schedule changes. Ensure drivers are punctual, available, and properly assigned. Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and in good operating condition before dispatch. Monitor driver attendance, vehicle availability, and operational performance. Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and replacement vehicles when needed. Handle operational issues, delays, and service-related complaints. Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate records. Requirements Experience in transportation, fleet management, logistics, or operations. Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred. Strong organizational, coordination, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple bookings and last-minute requests. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and operational management systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Arabic and English proficiency.
