Project Sales Engineer

Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with some flexibility for work from home. The team member will help source, review, and organize internship listings from various organizations and industries. Daily tasks include updating the internship database, preparing clear and accurate role descriptions, and coordinating with partners to verify opportunity details. The role also involves responding to inquiries from students and graduates, sharing guidance on available internships, and contributing to digital content that promotes new opportunities and resources. Collaboration with colleagues on simple outreach, social media updates, and process improvements is expected to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for users of The Internship Desk. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise descriptions and respond professionally to candidate and partner inquiries. Basic research and data organization skills to identify, verify, and maintain accurate information about internship opportunities. Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including spreadsheets, online databases, email communication, and social media or content management tools. Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently while collaborating with a small, distributed team. Interest in career development, education, talent placement, or human resources, with a genuine motivation to support students and recent graduates. Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region or international communication are an advantage. Currently studying or recently graduated from a relevant field (such as Business, Communications, Education, or HR) is preferred but not required.
