Department Group Digital & Technology — PMO, Transformation Delivery Location Abu Dhabi, UAE, with regular travel to project sites Reports to Programme Manager, PMO Key interfaces Project Controls, Planning, Document Control, Project and Construction Managers, Finance, Enterprise Applications, technology vendors and implementation partners Employment type Full-time — hire Start: ASAP Role Definition : The Employer is standardising how its projects are planned, controlled and documented across the Group. Oracle Primavera P6 and Primavera Cloud support planning and scheduling, and Procore supports document management and field collaboration. These platforms connect to Oracle Fusion for project financials and to Oracle Unifier for cost and contract controls. This role is the senior link between the project teams and the technology that supports them. The role holder brings a construction engineering background and understands how projects are planned, built, controlled and handed over, not only how the software is configured. Requirements Bachelor's degree in civil or construction engineering, construction management or a related discipline. 8+ years' experience, including at least 4 years in construction planning, project controls or document control on major projects Sound understanding of the construction lifecycle: planning and scheduling, progress measurement, cost control, earned value, change management, document control and handover. Delivered at least one enterprise implementation or multi-project rollout of a construction platform. Experience 3 years as a business analyst, functional consultant or system lead for construction platforms. Expert, hands-on Primavera P6 experience; working experience with Primavera Cloud. Hands-on Procore configuration and administration, particularly document management, RFIs and submittals. Advanced Excel; Power BI or similar reporting tools.Strong data skills: data mapping, integration concepts, Other Preferable Experience/ Qualification Experience with Oracle Unifier or Oracle Fusion Project Management and Financials. Oracle Primavera certification, Procore certifications, AACE PSP or PMI-SP; CBAP or PMI-PBA. SQL or API/integration experience. GCC contracting experience. Arabic language skills. Show more Show less
