About the Role. Job Location: Kuwait. Department: On Sync Energy Management Services Company. Job Responsibilities Perform maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and overhauling of mechanical equipment and machinery. Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out appropriate corrective maintenance. Supervise and guide junior or less experienced maintenance personnel. Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform general housekeeping activities. Maintain accurate equipment maintenance records and reports. Identify and request required spare parts, tools, materials, and maintenance supplies. Support mechanical piping repair, fabrication, and installation activities, including material identification and selection of appropriate tools and equipment. Qualification Requirements Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and overhauling of equipment in the Oil & Gas, refinery, or petrochemical industry. OR Secondary School Certificate. Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and overhauling in the Oil & Gas, refinery, or petrochemical industry. Hands-on experience with pumps, turbines, compressors, engines, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, coolers, valves, and piping systems. Ability to lead and guide maintenance personnel. Additional experience in piping repair, fabrication, and installation (up to 24-inch diameter), including material identification, is an advantage. Show more Show less
