Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Forklift Operator role based in Dubai. The Forklift Operator will be responsible for safely operating reach forklifts to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse and yard. Daily activities include receiving and organizing shipments, transporting goods to designated storage areas, and assisting with packing and staging orders for dispatch. The role also involves conducting basic equipment checks, following safety and housekeeping protocols, and working closely with shipping, receiving, and inventory teams to maintain accurate stock flow and efficient operations. Qualifications Strong Forklift Operation skills, including safe driving, maneuvering, and operating reach forklift trucks. Experience with Shipping & Receiving processes, including checking documentation and verifying incoming and outgoing materials. Proficiency in Material Handling and Unloading activities, ensuring careful movement and placement of goods. Ability to support Packing operations, including preparing, labeling, and securing items for storage or shipment. Valid forklift license or certification, with a solid understanding of safety regulations and warehouse best practices. Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading instructions, completing logs, and checking inventory records. Ability to lift and move materials as required, and to work on-site in Dubai in a physically active environment. Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or industrial operations is preferred.
