Role Description The Odoo Implementer and Developer Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for leading the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Odoo ERP modules to support construction, finance, HR, and project operations. Day-to-day tasks include gathering business requirements from stakeholders, designing system workflows, configuring and developing Odoo modules, and integrating Odoo with other business systems. The manager will oversee testing, deployment, and user training, ensuring smooth adoption and effective use of the ERP platform across departments. The role also includes monitoring system performance, managing updates, providing ongoing support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reporting. Qualifications 10 years of exp.Strong Odoo ERP implementation and configuration skills, including experience with core business modules (e.g., Projects, Accounting, Inventory, HR). Solid software development skills, preferably in Python and PostgreSQL, with experience in customizing Odoo and creating new modules. Ai experience is Amust. Ability to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into efficient system workflows and technical specifications. Experience in project management, including planning, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. must.have exp. construction industry operations, project costing, and resource management Strong communication, documentation, and training skills, with the ability to support and guide end users at different technical levels. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
