The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and comfortable handling confidential employee information. Responsibilities Support recruitment by posting job openings, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication. Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including preparing documents and maintaining employee records. Prepare and process social insurance forms 1, 2, and 6, including employee additions and resignations, in accordance with applicable requirements. Process payroll information and help ensure accurate, timely payroll administration. Maintain personnel files and update HR databases. Respond to employee questions about HR procedures and direct complex matters to the appropriate team member. Assist with HR reports, documentation, and general administrative tasks. Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as HR administrative , HR Assistant Bachelors degree in business , HR or related . Familiarity with recruitment, payroll, personnel administration, and social insurance procedures. Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with HR or payroll systems is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
