Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Fresh Food Delivery Operations Lead / Store Liaison Trainee to coordinate fresh food delivery operations, store activities, and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills to ensure timely deliveries, product freshness, and smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily fresh food delivery schedules and distribution activities. Liaise with stores, suppliers, delivery teams, and warehouse personnel. Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and order fulfillment. Ensure fresh food products meet quality, packaging, and handling standards. Track delivery performance and resolve operational issues. Coordinate stock replenishment and store supply requirements. Monitor delivery schedules, operational costs, and service performance. Support store operations and maintain effective communication with stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience in food delivery, retail operations, logistics, or store coordination is an advantage. Basic knowledge of inventory management, order processing, and distribution operations. Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and temperature-controlled handling procedures. Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic inventory management systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
