Property Management Officer

Accountabilities & Key Roles: Managing and controlling the foreclosed assets in all AB PLC countries. Prepare reports for AB rented, owned and foreclosed premises, performance reviews, strategic initiatives and recommendations by using an infographic charts analysis. Assist in managing the bank’s property portfolio (leased and owned). Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and renovations. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all properties. Support lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations. Prepare and submit regular reports and inspections to the Head of Property Management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date property register. Ensure compliance with local regulations, municipal requirements, and bank policies related to property management. Track and monitor the status of each property and land parcel, including legal standing, zoning classification, and market conditions. Ensure all property records are properly archived and easily retrievable for audit and reporting purposes. Conduct regular site visits and inspections of unoccupied properties and lands to assess their physical condition Coordinate corrective actions for any identified issues, including unauthorized access, structural deterioration, or hazards Monitor adjacent developments or municipal projects that may impact the bank's properties Prepare feasibility summaries and property briefs to support investment or divestment decisions. Job Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized University Experience: Min of 5 years in related field Competencies: Fluent in both Arabic & English Communication and interpersonal skills presentation skills Ability to work under pressure Knowledge of the laws and regulations and banking regulations governing real estate operations. Strong knowledge of property management principles, real estate regulations, and land registration procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with property management or GIS software is an advantage.
