Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and related equipment.
Diagnose hardware and software issues with printers and laser machines.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of printers.
Respond to service calls and perform on-site repairs when necessary.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal staff.
Keep detailed records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance
Ability to work as part of a team with flexibility
Stay updated on new technologies & industry trends.
Requirements
1+ years of technical support experience
Customer service-oriented
Strong written and verbal communication and troubleshooting skills
