Role Overview We are looking for a Business Development to identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, conduct market research, and support the sales team in building a strong sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads through market research, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels. Identify target accounts, key decision-makers, and potential business opportunities. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs. Monitor government initiatives, tenders, and relevant business opportunities. Schedule qualified meetings and provide market insights to support the sales team. Maintain accurate lead and account information in the CRM system. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Presales teams to support business development initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Market Research, or Sales Development. Experience in lead generation, market intelligence, and customer prospecting. Familiarity with CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
