You will work closely with senior management, financial analysts, research teams, and other stakeholders to evaluate investment opportunities, manage investment portfolios, monitor market developments, and develop strategies that align with the company's financial objectives and risk tolerance. 🎯 Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement investment strategies that align with the company's financial objectives, investment policies, and risk appetite. • Identify, research, and evaluate potential investment opportunities across relevant asset classes, industries, markets, and sectors. • Conduct financial analysis, market research, and due diligence to assess investment feasibility, expected returns, and potential risks. • Manage and monitor investment portfolios to optimize performance, diversification, and long-term value creation. • Analyze financial statements, valuation models, economic indicators, and market trends to support investment decisions. • Prepare detailed investment proposals, financial models, feasibility studies, and investment recommendation reports for management review. • Monitor portfolio performance and evaluate investment returns against established benchmarks and financial targets. • Assess market conditions, economic developments, and geopolitical factors that may affect investment performance. • Develop financial forecasts, valuation models, and scenario analyses to evaluate potential investment outcomes. • Establish appropriate risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate investment-related risks. • Conduct ongoing reviews of existing investments and recommend adjustments based on performance, market conditions, and strategic priorities. • Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investment partners, fund managers, brokers, and other relevant stakeholders. • Support investment negotiations, transaction structuring, and deal execution in collaboration with internal teams and external advisors. • Ensure investment activities comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and corporate governance standards. • Prepare regular investment performance reports, portfolio updates, and financial presentations for senior management and other stakeholders. • Collaborate with finance, legal, compliance, and business development teams to support investment transactions and strategic initiatives. • Identify opportunities for portfolio diversification, capital allocation optimization, and sustainable long-term returns. • Stay informed about financial market developments, investment trends, industry research, and emerging asset classes. • Maintain accurate investment records, supporting documentation, and reporting materials to facilitate effective monitoring and decision-making. • Contribute to the development of investment policies, procedures, and performance evaluation frameworks. ✅ Requirements • Proven experience as an Investment Manager, Investment Analyst, Portfolio Manager, or in a similar investment-related role. • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Investment Management, or a related field. • A master's degree in Finance, Investment Management, Economics, or an MBA is an advantage. • Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment principles, portfolio management, and asset valuation techniques. • Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, investment research, due diligence, and investment decision-making. • Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation methods, cash flow analysis, and investment performance measurement. • Strong understanding of risk management, portfolio diversification, asset allocation, and capital preservation strategies. • Excellent analytical, quantitative, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate findings into actionable investment recommendations. • Strong knowledge of economic trends, market dynamics, industry developments, and financial performance indicators. • Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • High attention to detail, strong commercial awareness, and a commitment to sound investment judgment. • Ability to manage multiple investment projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic business environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools;
