Job Summary Responsible for processing and fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently, including order preparation, picking and packing, shipment coordination, and updating order statuses. The role ensures timely dispatch, accurate inventory handling, and smooth coordination with warehouse teams and delivery partners to maintain a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Receive, review, and process customer orders through the company's ordering system. Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment while ensuring accuracy and quality. Verify product details, quantities, and order information before dispatch. Coordinate with delivery companies and couriers to ensure timely shipments. Update order statuses and maintain accurate records in the system. Monitor pending, delayed, or incomplete orders and follow up on resolution. Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure product availability. Report stock discrepancies, damaged products, and order-related issues. Maintain an organized and clean order preparation and packing area. Support daily fulfillment targets while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment, order processing, packing, or dispatch. Experience handling online orders or working with delivery partners. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Teamwork and effective communication. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Basic understanding of order fulfillment, packing, and dispatch procedures. Ability to verify product quantities and order details accurately. Understanding of courier handover and shipment preparation processes. Ability to use e-commerce platforms, order management systems, or inventory systems. Ability to handle multiple orders while maintaining accuracy. Ability to handle products carefully and maintain packaging standards. Ability to meet daily fulfillment and dispatch deadlines.
