We’re Hiring | Head of Installation & Maintenance Department ALMOSALLAMY Egypt is seeking an experienced and technically strong Head of Installation & Maintenance Department to lead and manage all installation, commissioning, and maintenance operations, ensuring efficient project execution, high-quality standards, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Company Description ALMOSALLAMY Egypt, established in 2011, is a leading manufacturer and supplier of access systems mainly industrial rolling doors and gates for industrial facilities, warehouses, residential homes, commercial buildings, and shopping malls across Egypt. The company operates the only factory in Egypt with dedicated resources specialized in producing a wide range of rolling doors, supported by high production capacity to meet diverse project requirements. ALMOSALLAMY Egypt also serves as the sole agent for several reputable global brands providing motorization solutions and ready-to-install products such as high-speed doors, sectional doors, and loading dock systems. The organization focuses on delivering reliable, quality-assured solutions tailored to customer needs and various industrial applications. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage all installation and maintenance activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely project completion. Lead, supervise, and develop installation and maintenance teams, technicians, and subcontractors. Oversee site surveys, measurements, technical inspections, and site readiness assessments before manufacturing and installation. Review technical drawings, specifications, and installation requirements to ensure proper execution and resolve technical conflicts. Supervise on-site installation, testing, commissioning, adjustments, and final handover of company products. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical systems, including motors, control panels, PLCs, sensors, and safety devices. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans, managing service requests, warranty cases, and after-sales technical support. Coordinate with Technical Office, Production, Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution. Manage installation tools, equipment, spare parts, and company vehicles, ensuring proper utilization and maintenance. Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, installation procedures, and occupational health and safety requirements. Develop installation and maintenance manuals, technical procedures, checklists, and training programs. Evaluate team performance, identify training needs, and develop technicians’ technical and professional competencies. Monitor departmental KPIs, productivity, project progress, operational costs, customer satisfaction, and maintenance performance. Analyze recurring technical issues, implement corrective actions, and continuously improve installation methods and product reliability. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanical, or Electrical Engineering. 5+ years of experience in installation, maintenance, site engineering, or technical operations, with proven experience in leading field teams. Strong technical knowledge of electromechanical systems, motors, control panels, electrical wiring, automation, and safety devices. Good understanding of PLCs, electronic control systems, sensors, and motorization solutions. Experience in site surveys, technical measurements, reviewing engineering drawings, and managing installation projects. Previous experience in industrial doors, rolling shutters, sectional doors, loading docks, automatic gates, elevators, or similar industrial equipment is highly preferred. Strong leadership, team management, planning, and problem-solving skills. Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure. Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Willingness to travel to project sites across Egypt when required. Valid driving license is an advantage.
