Relationship Manager - MNCs

Job Responsibilities: Prepare prospects list & to coordinate with the team (DRM & ARM) to reach a high closing ratio. Leading, Guiding & Stretching the team of Deputy, Assistant Relationship managers and Analysts to achieve targets To increase the number of customers (Borrowing & Non-Borrowing) in order to achieve Key Performance Indicators Initiate marketing and existing clients’ calls for potential business growth. Assist Head of Desk & SRM in setting KPIs assigned to the team (DRM, Arm, CA) based on internal capacities and Banks Management policies and vision. Enhance the marketing skills for DRMs & ARMs through partially assigning the pre-assigned budget. Ensure preparation of Proposals in alignment with internal policies and customer needs Ensure that team members are well aware of internal & external (CBE) credit procedures and regulation. Reviewing Proposals submitted by team before being circulated to SRM / Head of Desk Lead a teamwork for conducting comprehensive market research for Sector & Sub – Sectors handled by the Desk. Address any deviation of approved package or any risks emerged before conducting the regular annual review Manage regular accounts follow up assisted by periodical reports prepared by Credit Officers/ Analysts and/or Administrative Assistants to avoid the manifestation of past dues, excesses and the breach of terms and conditions of approved facilities. Checking interim reviews regarding contracts financing, special transactions and amendments in facility’s original Terms and Conditions Job Qualifications: Hold bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/management/economics Credit course certificate minimum of 4 years of experience in Corporate Banking field to achieve the accountabilities of the job and respond to high complexity of large corporate transactions Show more Show less
