Social Media Manager

Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for managing and growing the academy’s presence across social media platforms, including planning and publishing engaging content, monitoring channels, and responding to messages and comments in a timely and professional manner. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing social media campaigns, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, coordinating with coaches and staff to capture photos and videos, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The Social Media Manager will track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and suggest improvements based on audience insights. Collaboration with marketing and operations teams to support events, promotions, and community initiatives is also a core part of the role. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and refine campaigns. Strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and inclusive content for diverse audiences. Experience in Content Strategy, including planning editorial calendars and aligning content with organizational goals. Proficiency with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and basic analytics tools. Ability to take initiative, work on-site in a dynamic sports environment, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
