Key Responsibilities
Oversee accounting operations, including GL, AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and variance reporting.
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, banking activities, and treasury operations.
Ensure compliance with SOCPA, IFRS, Zakat, Tax, and Saudi regulatory requirements.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.
Strengthen internal controls and support audits, regulatory reviews, and continuous process improvements.
Partner with executive leadership by delivering timely financial insights and recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in finance or accounting, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of SOCPA, IFRS, Zakat, and Saudi tax regulations.
Professional certifications such as CPA, SOCPA, ACCA, or CFA are highly preferred.
Proven experience in budgeting, financial reporting, treasury, and banking relationships.
Advanced English proficiency; Arabic is an advantage.
