Role Description The Operation and Sales Officer is a part time or full-time, remote role based in Al Asimah, Kuwait. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales operations, including managing pipelines, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting channel sales activities to drive platform adoption and revenue growth. The position includes handling customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality service, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting tools. The Operation and Sales Officer will generate and qualify leads, follow up with prospects, support account management, and contribute to sales campaigns and promotions. The role also involves improving operational processes, assisting with onboarding new business clients, and providing feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications Relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, supplier coordination, sales or commercial operations. • Working knowledge of RFQs, quotation comparisons and supplier follow-up. • Practical familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini and Mowjaz ai tools. • Professional communication skills in Arabic and English. • Confidence speaking with business customers and service providers. • Strong organisation and reliable follow-through. • Comfort using spreadsheets and CRM tools. • Availability for agreed working hours during Kuwait’s business day. An existing network among Kuwaiti businesses or service providers is an advantage.
