We’re currently hiring fluent English speakers for Retention Advisor roles! Your role will be to understand why customers consider canceling their lines and work to retain them by addressing their concerns.
Job benefits:
Net salary 14,500 EGP/Month (12,500 basic, 2,500 KPIs)

Working conditions:
8 working hours, 1 hour break (rotational shifts)
2 days off (Rotational)
Job Requirements:
Excellent up to fluent in English (B2)
Strong interpersonal skills
previous experience is a plus
