Job Opportunity | Payroll Specialist
We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Familiar with all payroll process, end to end including mudad and wps.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll.
• Calculate salaries, allowances, deductions, and overtime.
• Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and absences.
• Process employee final settlements and end-of-service benefits.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and related regulations.
• Handle employee payroll inquiries.
• Coordinate with Finance and HR departments.
• Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and GOSI regulations.
• Experience with HR and payroll systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
