Direct & Indirect Real Estate Sales

Description We are looking for a motivated Direct & Indirect Sales Executive to join our Real Estate Sales team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales, with solid experience in both direct sales and working with broker companies, as well as a good understanding of residential and commercial real estate projects. Key Responsibilities Achieve assigned sales targets through direct and indirect sales channels Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers and agencies Generate leads, follow up with clients, and close sales Present and promote residential and commercial real estate projects Conduct property viewings and client meetings Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports Monitor market trends and identify new sales opportunities Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field 2-5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales Experience in Direct & Indirect Sales Proven experience dealing with real estate brokers/agencies Experience in both Residential & Commercial projects Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Target-driven and customer-oriented Show more Show less
