Social Media Specialist - Arabic Speaker

Role Description The Social Media Specialist – Arabic Speaker is a full-time, hybrid role based in Doha, Qatar, with some flexibility for working from home. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing Arabic social media content across multiple platforms to grow audience engagement and brand visibility. Daily activities include managing social media calendars, collaborating with creators and internal teams, monitoring trends, and optimizing posts for reach and performance. The specialist will track key metrics, prepare performance reports, and support digital campaigns that align with broader marketing strategies. The role also involves active community management, including responding to comments and messages and ensuring all communications reflect Trifid Media’s brand voice and values. Qualifications Strong social media expertise, including Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills. Solid understanding of broader Digital Marketing and Marketing principles to support integrated campaigns. Excellent Communication skills in Arabic (native or fluent) and strong proficiency in English. Experience using major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube) and social media management tools. Ability to analyze social media metrics, interpret performance data, and translate insights into actionable improvements. Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to adapt content for different audiences and formats. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines in a hybrid setup. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Previous experience working with influencers, content creators, or in an agency environment is an advantage. Show more Show less
