Previous experience as a Telesales Team Leader or Sales Supervisor is a MUST. Strong English communication skills. Proven ability to manage teams and achieve sales targets and KPIs. Excellent coaching, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of objection handling, follow-ups, and closing techniques. International sales experience is a MUST. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate the telesales team to achieve daily, monthly, and individual targets. Monitor team KPIs, call performance, conversion rates, and productivity. Coach agents to improve communication, objection handling, and closing skills. Track leads, follow-ups, and pipeline performance to maximize conversions.
