Job Purpose Provide high-quality legal advice and support across the organization, ensuring that contracts, policies, regulatory matters, litigation activities, and business decisions are appropriately reviewed from a legal and compliance perspective. Key Responsibilities Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, reports, and recommendations for management. Draft and review contracts, procurement documents, memoranda of understanding, service-level agreements, and other legal documents. Review UAE and Abu Dhabi legislation, regulations, policies, and legal developments and assess their impact on the organization. Advise internal stakeholders on legal, regulatory, contractual, administrative, and employment-related matters. Support litigation, dispute resolution, negotiations, settlements, and engagement with courts and relevant authorities. Participate in governance, tender, procurement, and investigation committees as required. Conduct legal research and contribute to the drafting and review of policies, regulations, and organizational frameworks. Identify and assess legal risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures. Support strategic and operational projects requiring legal input. Review legal outputs to ensure quality, accuracy, consistency, and compliance with applicable requirements. Support legal awareness and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the organization. Perform other related duties assigned by the direct supervisor. Preferred Master’s degree in Law or equivalent. Professional authorization or license to practise law in the UAE, where applicable. Experience Relevant professional experience in legal advisory, contract review, regulatory matters, litigation support, compliance, and preparation of legal opinions and memoranda. 6–8 years of relevant experience for Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma holders. 7 years of relevant experience for Diploma holders, where applicable.
