Sr. Shop Drawing Landscape Engineer

Job purpose: To prepare and deliver accurate shop drawings, Civil 3D models and technical documents by reviewing design packages, resolving technical issues, and coordinating with site teams—ensuring timely and high-quality project execution. Main Responsibilities: 1. Project Study & Planning Study the project’s BOQs, drawings, and specifications to fully understand the requirements. Conduct a review of the design and technical documents (IFT & IFC) to identify gaps, raise technical queries (TQs/RFIs) if needed. Inform the Section Head of any variation orders identified during the shop drawing stage, based on consultant feedback or design changes. 2. Shop Drawings & Technical Submissions · Draft the shop drawings/composite drawings for hardscape, softscape, and all landscape works as per the time schedule, and submit to section head for review. · Perform design validation of Landscape calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance prior to submitting shop drawings. 3. Design Review Prepare civil 3D model or upgrade the civil 3D model received from the client for hardscape, softscape, and all landscape works for all projects. Ensure that the design report is complete from the design and construction point of view and issue the value engineering report if any for all projects. 4. Presentation · Prepare presentations related to shop drawings, or oversee the preparation of such presentations by the drafting team, ensuring clarity and technical accuracy 5. Site Coordination Attend site meetings to address and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the site team, ensuring smooth project implementation 6.
