Job description
Develop and execute the annual sales plan and budget for the poultry pharma portfolio.
Lead, coach and evaluate the Key Account Manager and District Managers; set targets and KPIs and review performance.
Drive revenue, margin, market share and collection targets across all regions.
Manage major accounts, distributors and tenders, and approve pricing and credit terms within company policy.
Work with Marketing and Technical teams on product launches, promotions and customer programs.
Analyze sales data, market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts and monthly performance reports for the Commercial Director.
Ensure compliance with SFDA regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine or Pharmacy; an MBA is a plus.
8–10 years of experience in veterinary pharmaceutical sales, including at least 3 years in a sales management role in the poultry sector.
Proven record of meeting targets and building high-performing sales teams.
Strong network with poultry integrators and distributors in Saudi Arabia.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical and planning skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel across the Kingdom.
