Fashion Sales Associate / Fashion Stylist

We are seeking a fashion-conscious, customer-oriented, and results-driven Fashion Sales Associate / Fashion Stylist to deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling experiences. The successful candidate will assist customers in selecting suitable fashion products, provide professional styling recommendations, drive sales performance, and maintain high standards of store presentation and brand image. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide professional, friendly, and personalized shopping assistance. Understand customer preferences, lifestyle, and purchasing needs to recommend suitable fashion products and styles. Provide styling advice, outfit coordination, and fashion recommendations based on current trends and customer preferences. Promote clothing, footwear, accessories, and other fashion collections to achieve individual and store sales targets. Maintain strong product knowledge, including collections, fabrics, sizing, pricing, and seasonal trends. Maintain attractive product displays, visual merchandising, and overall store presentation. Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, product labeling, and merchandise organization. Process sales transactions, payments, exchanges, and returns accurately. Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty. Support promotional campaigns, new collection launches, and in-store marketing activities. Monitor fashion trends, market developments, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company operating procedures. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred. Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in fashion retail, luxury retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage. Strong interest in fashion, styling, clothing coordination, and current fashion trends. Good knowledge of fashion products, fabrics, sizing, colors, and styling techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities. Ability to understand customer preferences and provide appropriate styling recommendations. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced retail environment. Professional appearance, confident personality, and positive attitude.
