The ideal candidate will have strong connections with real estate developers, mall owners, commercial property investors, and asset owners across Egypt. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new commercial property management contracts. Build and maintain relationships with developers, mall owners, and investors. Generate qualified leads and arrange meetings with property owners. Present BHR Group's property management, leasing management, and asset management services. Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate management agreements. Develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Achieve monthly and quarterly contract acquisition targets. Manage the entire business development cycle, from prospecting to contract signing. Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in commercial real estate or property management. Proven experience in B2B sales and contract acquisition. Strong network within Egypt's real estate development sector. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and achieve acquisition targets.
