Role Overview The Telesales Specialist at Al Bustanji Motors is responsible for managing customer interactions across multiple channels, ensuring timely responses, accurate data management, and delivering a high-quality customer experience that supports lead conversion and showroom visits. Key Responsibilities 1. Call Handling & CRM Management Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner. Follow up on leads and customer inquiries across multiple channels (calls, WhatsApp, digital platforms). Maintain accurate and updated customer records within the CRM system. Ensure timely response to new leads in line with defined service standards. 2. Customer Engagement & Lead Qualification Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and requirements. Provide accurate product information and guide customers through the initial journey. Encourage showroom visits and support test drive bookings. Deliver a positive and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints. 3. Campaign & Event Support Support marketing campaigns, test drive events, and promotional activities when required. Participate in roadshows and showroom activations. Represent Al Bustanji Motors in a professional and engaging manner. Be flexible to support extended working hours or weekends when needed. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in Call Center, Customer Service, or Sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a confident and professional attitude. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred). Basic knowledge of CRM systems. Automotive industry experience is a strong advantage.
