Job Title: Procurement Manager
Requirements & Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement procurement strategies for projects.
* Maintain a strong and effective network of companies, suppliers, manufacturers, and specialized representatives in building materials, finishing materials, equipment, and construction services.
* Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date supplier database, with the ability to source competitive prices, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure timely delivery with the required quality.
* Strong knowledge of the local market and suppliers .
* Secure project requirements efficiently and within the required timelines, while managing quotations, purchase orders, and deliveries from start to finish.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement.
* Previous experience in real estate development or construction companies.
* Saudi National.
