Role Description This full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role is based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties, including property viewings, market analysis, and contract negotiations. Daily tasks include prospecting for new leads, maintaining client relationships, updating property listings, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions. The role also involves staying current with local market trends, adhering to regulatory requirements, and representing August Real Estate in a professional manner. The Real Estate Agent is expected to provide excellent customer service and support clients from initial contact through closing. Qualifications Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate regulations and practices. Candidates should possess strong Sales skills and experience in closing deals and meeting sales targets. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities, including responsiveness, active listening, and client relationship management. Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Property, including property valuation, local market trends, and basic legal considerations. Candidates should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal. Candidates should possess good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients and listings.
