Role Description The Senior Hairstylist is a full-time, on-site role based at Ozel Beauty Salon in Abu Dhabi. This role involves providing advanced hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, treatments, and blow-dries tailored to each client’s hair type, preferences, and lifestyle. The Senior Hairstylist will consult with clients to recommend suitable styles and services, maintain a clean and organized workstation, and ensure adherence to salon hygiene and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include managing appointment schedules, supporting junior stylists, staying current with hair trends and techniques, and contributing to a positive, professional salon atmosphere. The Senior Hairstylist is expected to build strong client relationships, encourage repeat visits, and promote salon services and products as appropriate. Qualifications Strong Hair Styling and Hair Care skills, including cutting, coloring, treatments, and finishing techniques. Professional training or certification in Cosmetology, with up-to-date knowledge of products, tools, and industry best practices. Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to consult effectively, understand client needs, and build lasting client relationships. Proven experience as a hairstylist, preferably in a senior or lead role within a salon environment. Ability to work on-site full time in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility to accommodate salon hours, weekends, and peak periods. Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple appointments efficiently. Commitment to hygiene and safety standards, including proper sanitation of tools and work areas.
