📢 We Are Hiring at CFM!
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical / Electrical Engineer to join our team at Contrack Facilities Management (CFM) to lead site operations and maintenance.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee mechanical/electrical maintenance activities and daily FM operations across site facilities.
Manage core systems including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical power/lighting systems.
Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance strategies seamlessly.
Troubleshoot complex technical faults and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Supervise site engineers, technicians, and contractors while ensuring strict safety and quality compliance.
Monitor equipment performance, manage site resources, and prepare operational maintenance reports.
📋 Requirements:
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
2+ years of experience in Facility Management (Banking sector experience is a strong plus).
Strong technical background in FM operations, MEP systems.
Solid leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Located in or easily accessible.
