Project Sales Engineer

Job Purpose To build a strong project / B2B sales pipeline and budgeted sales revenue by identifying and developing sales opportunities in the Abu Dhabi, UAE Project market. Responsibilities Develop and execute project sales plan in Abu Dhabi, aligning with the company’s objectives. Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and applicators. Collaborate with the specification department to identify opportunities, attain approvals, and convert competitor specifications on-site. Ensure comprehensive training and support for approved applicators/subcontractors. Provide technical support to customers, coordinating technical requirements with the technical service and operations teams. Assist in preparing project documentation and forecasting project requirements. Relay market insights and customer feedback to the management team. Coordinate with the credit control department and follow up on customer receivables. Maintain accurate activity plans, reports, and CRM records. Undertake miscellaneous tasks as necessary. Requirements & Skills University Degree preferably in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Demonstrated track record in UAE project sales with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in coatings, EIFS/ETICS, construction chemicals, or similar sectors. Strong technical acumen and problem-solving abilities for high-pressure situations. Dynamic, target-driven approach with a capacity for initiative and autonomy. Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills. Fluency in spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous. Extensive domestic travel is expected. UAE/GCC Driving License is mandatory. The position will be based in the company’s office in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Show more Show less
