Role Description The Retail – CFC (Kiosk) team member is responsible for delivering an excellent in-person customer experience at our kiosk location in New Cairo. This full-time, on-site role includes welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through product selections to support sales and customer satisfaction. Daily tasks involve maintaining detailed product knowledge, presenting and demonstrating accessories and jewelry, handling transactions, and ensuring merchandise is well-organized and visually appealing. The role also includes answering customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, keeping the kiosk clean and secure, and collaborating with colleagues to meet sales and service targets. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales skills and the ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge and an interest in luxury accessories and jewelry. Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction and proactive problem-solving abilities. Candidates should possess clear Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with diverse customers. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and POS transactions. Ability to stand for extended periods and manage a busy kiosk environment. Previous experience in retail, jewelry, or luxury goods is beneficial.
